More than a creative hub, we are a movement that connects untapped talent with real opportunities. Through workshops, mentorship, and community projects, we give emerging creatives the tools to grow and build lasting futures.

Founded in 2023 by Abisola Sogaolu, a designer driven by storytelling and social change, 37 & Co was inspired by lived experience. Growing up in Lewisham, Abisola saw the barriers young people face when trying to enter the creative industry. What began as a university project on urban regeneration has evolved into a mission to make creativity more inclusive and accessible for all.

 

Today, 37 & Co stands as a space for young creatives across London, proving that talent has no limits when given the right support.
